Our health is not one-dimensional. In order to find balance and wellbeing, we must nourish the 3 parts that make up our whole being: mind, body, and soul. Our mind and thoughts are powerful ingredients influencing our body.It is ver important to maintain a healthy balance between our body,mind and soul.If we learn to control our minds and take charge of our actions , we can lead a joyful life.Our body heals with exercise ,mind heals with laughter and soul heals with inner joy.Just as our body needs nourishment from food,our mind needs nourishment from our thoughts.Hence our thoughts need to be positive,affirmative and complimenting. With thinking as spiritual practice, mind meets soul and both are bound together.
We must be intentional about taking time to nourish our mind’s, our body’s, and our soul’s regularly. Neglecting any part can rob us of the abundant life God wants us to live, because we are left feeling emotionally drained, physically exhausted, and spiritually empty.
Life has become mundane as we are occupied with professional work/goals, household chores, managing daily to-do lists while raising children, managing expectations of our partner and taking care of our home and family. Take a moment and focus on what kind of thoughts you entertain throughout the day.
What kind of emotions do you feel throughout the day? Are there thoughts of apathy, anger, hate, jealousy, comparison, self-loathing, self-pity, guilt, not doing enough, not being or having enough, not living the life you wish to live etc. .If your answer is yes, then you’re constantly abusing your mind and soul.
The antidote for self-destruction is love and self-acceptance.Exactly the same way you nourish your body; give your mind nourishing food of positive, uplifting thoughts to think about.

- Practise Mindfullness as it infuses more calm into our lives.
What we do to our Physical body affects our mental health as well. There are a lot of ways to achieve the balance between our mind , body and soul.
- Conscious Breathing
The more consciously we breathe ,the more we improve our focus, we feel less stressed, and relax our muscles.
- Meditation
There is a stillness that comes over your body, mind, and spirit that allows you to just let everything go. Even a moment of meditation can have huge benefits. The longer you meditate and the more often you do it, the better, more relaxed, more present you will feel.
- Writing down your feelings is a great way to nourish your soul! It’s like free therapy and it can last as long as you can stand to write. Pouring out your feelings, wishes, hopes and dreams on paper can make them seem more real.
- Spend Time with People who Make you Happy and Support you.
- Nourishing your soul is about including activities that engage the mind and body. Exercise is a great way of enjoying all these at the same time.
When we feed our mind with positive thoughts, we live more connected to ourselves, our loved ones, and our purpose. The Mind and the soul form a symbiotic relationship. If the relationship does not blossom, the whole system will suffer. The soul mind and body can be in harmony if we have
